Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Pregomesh packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the jewelry is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship the Item
Securely seal your package and ship it back to us using a trackable courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
