The headdress is one of the main elements of Armenian daraz and a characteristic of the bride. In the provinces of High Hayk, Armenian women and girls wore headdresses decorated with pearls and pins. Often, the rose petals, which were worn in Alexandropol, were similar to our crown, with dangling pearls.
